PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Oral Use: Mix one serving of Nutrisite® Restore in 120 ml of water or any beverage and consume immediately.
Enteral use: Flush feeding tube with 30 ml of water. Thoroughly mix one serving of Nutrisite® Restore in 120 ml of water and administer through the feeding tube with a 60 cc syringe. Flush with an additional 30 ml of water. Nutrisite® Restore should not be mixed with any other formula.
Recommended Intake:
1 – 3 sachets daily according to medical and/or nutritional prescription.
PRECAUTIONS
- Nutrisite® Kidz IS NOT A MEDICATION and is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Use only under medical and/or nutritional supervision.
- Do not use parenterally.
