PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Oral Use: Mix one serving of Nutrisite® Glutazinc in 120 ml of water or any beverage and consume immediately.
Enteral Use: Flush the feeding tube with 30 ml of water. Thoroughly mix one serving of Nutrisite® Glutazinc in 120 ml of water and administer through the feeding tube with a 60 cc syringe. Flush with an additional 30 ml of water. Nutrisite® Glutazinc should not be mixed with any other formula.
Recommended Intake:
1 – 3 sachets daily according to medical and/or nutritional prescription.
WARNINGS
- Nutrisite® Glutazinc is NOT A MEDICATION and is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
- For adult use only, do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Use only under medical and/or nutritional supervision.
- Do not use parenterally.
- Do not consume during pregnancy or lactation.
- If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care professional.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
STORAGE
- Protect from heat, light and humidity.
